This project was about answering a number of economics and real estate questions that helped a real estate developer make decisions about building new properties in a US state. 

This involved collecting data from a number of sources, including the US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, FRED, National Bureau of Economics Research, and MLS data. Then all the data was processed and analyzed. 

The deliverables were written reports answering the questions and Tableau dashboards integrating several data sources.
