This project was about fixing a mismatch between the orientation of MRI slices before being processed by a Python engine and after that processing. 

The Python engine was built on linear algebra calculations, such as change of basis and rotation matrix. 

I fixed the problem and delivered a fixed Python program along with a document that explains the solution.
