A mathematical question was posed, as whether there is an algorithm that
answers a question. I have shown that there could be such algorithm in
a quantum system. To show this, I have given a proof (details are in a preprint) and have written a quantum algorithm in Microsoft’s Q# language and run the algorithm in C#.
